TECMA Solutions: AXA Investment Managers scende sotto 5% del capitale

TECMA Solutions S.p.A. ("TECMA" or the "Company"), a Tech Company specialized in the Real Estate sector listed on Euronext Growth Milan [EGM: TCM], hereby announces, in accordance with article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, that it has received, on November 14, 2023, a communication from shareholder AXA Investment Managers S.A. ("AXA IM") regarding (i) the decrease below the 5% threshold of the share capital with voting rights of Tecma on November 8, 2023, and, consequently, (ii) the rectification of the previous communication, dated July 18, 2022, in which this shareholder had notified the Company of the reduction of its stake below the aforementioned threshold.

In particular, AXA IM has stated that it has always held a stake exceeding 5% of TECMA's capital and indirectly holds, as of November 8, 2023, 415,600 shares, representing 4.83% of TECMA's share capital, but only 352,000 voting rights, representing 4.09% of TECMA's share capital with voting rights; the remaining shares are held by discretionary funds managed by AXA IM, and the latter cannot exercise the corresponding voting rights at its discretion.
