IEG acquisisce il 51% di A&T S.r.l.

Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. ("IEG" or the "Company"), a leading Italian company in the organization of international trade fairs and listed on Euronext Milan, the regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the acquisition of 51% of the company A&T S.r.l.
The company, founded in 2007, owns and organizes the A&T - Automation & Testing event, which will celebrate its 18th edition next February in Turin, while on October 25, 2023, it will inaugurate the first edition at the Vicenza exhibition center. The event is dedicated to Innovation and Industrial Technologies in a 4.0 perspective.

The acquisition allows IEG to further develop its product portfolio in the technology sector with interesting growth potential both nationally and in the northeastern region of Italy, where a vertical presence in the industrial supply chains in this sector is a critical factor for success.
The consideration for the acquisition of 51% of the company amounts to approximately 0.6 million euros. The acquisition also includes put and call options for the purchase of the remaining 49% of the share capital at a price to be determined based on the average EBITDA resulting from the financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2023, 2024, and 2025, adjusted for net financial position.

The acquisition by IEG is financed with its own resources.
