("Progetto Adele"), a wholly-owned subsidiary, will change its name to NEXT FREIGHT S.r.l. ("NEXT FREIGHT") effective from January 1, 2024. Progetto Adele is "changing its skin" to accompany the future freight forwarders in this evolutionary journey, marking the end of data entry thanks to the release of version 10.2 of the MasterSPED® suite on the market and the completion of the integration of CIRCLE Group's Federative Services for automated management of logistics, customs, and freight forwarding.
With these important innovations, operators can find over 90% of the information they receive from clients and suppliers pre-entered into the product, without having to manually enter what is still too often received via email. This allows them to focus more on customer loyalty services and other value-added activities.
In addition, advanced Business Intelligence, Operational and Customs Dashboards, and advanced Track and Trace features are available to prevent issues and suggest solutions. MasterSPED® is integrated with the collaborative digital platform ACCUDIRE for real-time digitalization and sharing of e-CMR (refer to the press release dated December 11, 2023, regarding the acquisition of a 20% stake in the innovative Veneto startup Accudire S.r.l.) and all further customs developments will be announced by the end of January.
