Basket Bond Tech: CDP, MCC e Equita promuovono l'innovazione italiana.

Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), Mediocredito Centrale (MCC) and Equita have launched the Basket Bond Tech financing program, a dedicated resource for digital companies involved in technological innovation projects. The main objective is to offer an alternative to traditional financing channels for Italian SMEs and mid-cap companies, facilitating investment plans, growth and strengthening of their competitiveness both domestically and internationally.

The program operates by having the beneficiary companies issue minibonds, which will be underwritten by a specific securitization company.


This company will be funded through the issuance of asset-backed securities (ABS), with equal shares subscribed by CDP and MCC.
The minibonds, issued on an unsecured basis, can have a maximum duration of six years and provide for repayment of the principal in constant installments.
