SIF: Cda valuta uscita strategica da Visibilia
S.I.F. Italia S.p.A. ("SIF" or the "Company"), a leader in property management and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that the Board of Directors has decided, based on the findings of the financial advisor Accuracy appointed by the Company on November 17, 2023 (see press release of November 17, 2023), to no longer consider the stake held in Visibilia Editore S.p.A. ("Visibilia") as strategic.
This decision is also based on the fact that the investment in Visibilia was linked to a project that required the entrepreneurial and strategic vision, professional expertise, and specific executive skills of Dr. Luca Giuseppe Reale Ruffino, a project that unfortunately came to an end with his tragic and sudden passing.

As Visibilia is not considered a strategic asset, the Company does not intend to allocate further financial resources to it, but instead plans to completely divest its stake in the company, in one or more solutions, at the most opportune times and in the best interest of the Company and its other stakeholders. The Company will evaluate the divestment opportunities that may arise from time to time.
Consistent with today's decision, the Company does not intend to exercise its rights as a shareholder of Visibilia to participate in and direct its ordinary management, except where necessary and/or appropriate in the context and for the purposes of the divestment process.

This press release is available on the Company's website www.sifitalia.it (Investors>Press Releases section), on www.1info.com, as well as on the electronic channel of Borsa Italiana.
