Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi), a diversified and independent industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (LEI code 81560017CF8066680595), which invests in numerous entrepreneurial excellences, announces the purchase of 14,415 ordinary shares (equivalent to 0.008% of the share capital) on the Euronext Milan market, as part of the authorization to purchase own shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023 (already disclosed in compliance with article 144 bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99 and article 132 of Legislative Decree no.

58/98), between January 15, 2024 and January 19, 2024, at an average weighted price of ?8.9300, for a total value of ?128,725.60. The purchases were made through the intermediary Equita Sim S.p.A. (LEI code 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85). It should be noted that as of January 19, 2024, the company held 18,687,366 own shares (equivalent to 10.135% of the share capital).
