("ATON" or the "Company"), an Innovative SME admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the engineering and production market of energy storage systems for photovoltaic plants, hereby announces, in accordance with Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, that it has today received from Assicuratrice Milanese S.p.A. ? Compagnia di Assicurazioni ("Assicuratrice Milanese") a communication regarding the exceeding of the 5% threshold of the share capital of ATON, which occurred on September 26, 2023. Specifically, Assicuratrice Milanese has declared to hold 375,500 shares, representing 5.006667% of the share capital.

Based on the communications received from shareholders and the information currently available to the Company, Assicuratrice Milanese is among the shareholders holding a stake exceeding 5% of the share capital, together with Vasco Energia S.r.l., which holds a stake of 66.67%, and Algebris Investments Limited, which holds a stake of 5.13%.
