EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. ("Società" or "ACROBATICA"), the company at the head of the homonymous group, specialized in construction work using double safety ropes, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment (ticker EDAC) and on Euronext Growth Paris (ticker ALEAC), announces that the Board of Directors has confirmed and expanded the powers of the new CEO Anna Marras, granting her full operational and managerial authority to ensure continuity in the Group's growth and internationalization, following the passing of founder Riccardo Iovino. This decision builds upon the powers already held by Marras as of today, as determined by the Board of Directors in meetings held on May 3, 2023, and subsequently on September 27, 2023.
At the same time, the Board of Directors has appointed, subject to approval by the Board of Statutory Auditors, Dr. Tino Seminara, a highly experienced figure who has been part of the Group's management team for a long time and is well acquainted with its internal dynamics, as the new non-executive director, effective immediately and until the next Shareholders' Meeting, which will be called upon to deliberate, inter alia, on the confirmation of the co-opted director.
"I have been an integral part of Acrobatica since 2007," stated Anna Marras, "and over the past 16 years, I have been responsible for both the human resources and the administrative and financial aspects of the Group, alongside Riccardo Iovino. This appointment does not change my role within Acrobatica, which will continue its growth journey, business diversification, and internationalization, supported by the same management that has facilitated its development over these years." The objectives set by the strategic plan remain unchanged, as the same people with whom they were shared at the beginning of 2023 will be the ones to achieve them. The growth and international expansion strategies, which have recently led to the opening of our first office in Monaco and our presence in markets with great potential such as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, also remain unchanged.
"I am also very pleased with the appointment of Tino Seminara to the Board of Directors," added Marras. "He is already an executive within the Group and has extensive experience in multinational companies. Recently, he enabled Acrobatica Energy to generate revenues of over 15 million euros in the first half of its second year of operation." The Board of Directors has also approved the 2022 sustainability report, which will be published on the Group's website in the coming days.
